The problem with this is that it lacks the vision of Chinese Space Power Theory which is more far reaching and expands into 2050. This will lead to America being able to keep up with the Chinese in a technical capacity, but unable to compete with them from a strategic perspective, forcing America to take a backseat or "second tier power" in space[2]. --- ## References 1.
